She specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Lauren has developed expertise in dry needling, gastroc techniques, kinesio taping, cupping, and Functional Movement Assessment. Her approach is rooted in evidence based practices, with a focus on patient education and long-term recovery.
