What can I expect on my first visit?
You will be seen by a physical therapist who will discuss your concerns, your medical history, current symptoms, any functional limitations and your goals. You will be evaluated for soft tissue restrictions, ROM, flexibility, strength, posture and some special tests to determine the cause of your pain and/or impairments and functional limitations. Based upon these findings, a treatment plan will be formulated and discussed with you.

The evaluation typically will take one hour but plan on arriving 15 minutes early to complete any paperwork if necessary. Follow up visits will vary depending on the complexities of your treatment with a minimum of 30 minutes but more likely 45-60 minutes or longer. If you have any time constraints, please communicate this to your therapist when you arrive.

How long will a session last?
We make every effort for you to be seen from evaluation to your discharge with the same physical therapist. This ensures continuity of care and a committed working relationship.
