Earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University, Boston, MA. The focus of her doctoral thesis was on balance and fear of falling. Her manual therapy skills include joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization and has achieved Graston Technique M1 certification. She has attended continuing education courses including Acumobility Advanced Mobility and Mechanics, Vestibular Integrations Strategies, and Throwing Injuries in the Young Athlete. She has also completed numerous online courses including Keep Runners Running, Concussion Basics, Treatments of Shoulder Impingement, Femoroacetabular Impingement Syndrome, and Examination and Treatment of Lumbar Spine. In her free time, she enjoys running and yoga.
